Terms of Service

Welcome to ai4globe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ai4globe website, our learning management system (LMS), mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access our courses, AI tools, and live sessions, you must create an account.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and login credentials you use to access the Platform.

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account is for your individual use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing.

2. Platform Access and Use

ai4globe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our educational content for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Course materials, including video lessons, regional-language subtitles, and downloadable resources, may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or sold.

  • Access to specific learning paths (such as complete beginner, tech, or business tracks) is dictated by your enrollment status.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or platform feature with or without notice.

3. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Branding

The Platform contains proprietary content owned by ai4globe, including course curriculums, site designs, and original multimedia. Additionally, we integrate with established software providers to deliver features like our community discussion boards and site optimization.

  • You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ai4globe Platform.

  • You are strictly prohibited from utilizing custom scripts, CSS, or technical workarounds to hide, obscure, or alter any “powered by” branding, watermarks, or logos belonging to our third-party service providers. We respect the hard work of developers who provide these services, and maintaining their visibility is a mandatory condition of using our Platform.

4. User-Generated Content and Community Conduct

Our Platform includes interactive features, including an integrated commenting system for course discussions and community interaction.

  • You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant ai4globe a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Platform.

  • You agree not to post content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or violates any applicable laws.

  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates our community guidelines, and to revoke commenting privileges from offending accounts.

5. AI Tools and Doubt Assistant

The ai4globe Platform provides access to an AI Doubt Assistant intended to aid your learning process.

  • The AI assistant is an educational tool. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated responses should be independently verified when applied to critical business, technical, or professional tasks.

  • You agree not to prompt the AI assistant to generate malicious code, spam, or content that violates these Terms.

  • Your inputs and interactions with the AI tutor may be monitored to improve the safety and efficacy of our educational models.

6. Course Certification

ai4globe issues verifiable certificates upon the successful completion of designated courses.

  • Certificates are awarded only after all required modules, assessments, and practical tasks are marked as complete within the LMS.

  • ai4globe reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is discovered that the user violated academic integrity, shared an account, or utilized automated bots to complete the coursework.

7. B2B and Institutional Partnerships

For colleges, universities, training centers, corporate entities, and NGOs utilizing our “For Institutions” services, specific service level agreements (SLAs) and institutional contracts will supersede these general Terms where applicable.

8. Communications and WhatsApp

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from ai4globe via WhatsApp and SMS.

  • These communications may include account verification, course reminders, live session links, and direct support.

  • You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages (e.g., replying “STOP”) or by contacting our support team.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
